What you will be doing:

Oversee the lifecycle of Data & Analytic (D&A) products, ensuring that they align with business goals, provide value to users, and continue data product evolution for effective use. Develop and execute high-quality product roadmaps. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress appropriately.

Recommend the best solution for each D&A product, ensuring appropriate execution in partnership with peers, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Identify, manage, and mitigate risk effectively.

Lead the design, development and launch of data products and analytic solutions.

Develop strong supplier partnerships. Oversee and manage third-party development teams to deliver high quality D&A products including approval of technical specifications and solution verification.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements. Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities for D&A products. Stay current with market trends.

Ensure that D&A products comply with best practices, standards, and security requirements. Monitor and optimize data product performance. Assess data consumer / practitioner experience and drive appropriate continuous improvement.

Champion data literacy across the organization. Identify opportunities to improve data literacy and establish / manage necessary learning programs to ensure progression of data literacy across the organization. Foster creation of a data driven culture.
What you will bring to the table:
-
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, analytics, computer engineering or related fields.
-
5+ years’ experience as data product manager or owner with a demonstrated history of delivering impactful products.

Experience working with data management and visualization tools, including development of data products, e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics on Cloud, Datasphere, Databricks, etc. and/or data analysis and processing languages, e.g., SQL, Python, R.

Experience with data literacy development programs, increasing data acumen and enabling insight and action.

The expected base pay for this position is $130,700 – $196,100
We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness.
