Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Goods Receipts and Invoicing Resolution: Research and resolve open goods receipts and complex invoicing issues, collaborating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
- Cash Disbursements Forecast: Prepare weekly cash out forecasts to manage cash flow effectively.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly account reconciliations for GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- AP Metrics: Develop and share insights and analytics on key accounts payable metrics to drive process improvements.
- AP Controls: Own specific accounts payable controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or relevant working experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GR/IR & procure to pay processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system upgrades and integrations.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Knowledge of S4 Hana
- Knowledge of OpenText VIM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The expected base pay for this position is $69,100 – $103,700
We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness.
