Our Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for finding the right talent for the right role by exploring various recruitment channels, creatively sourcing talent and providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and our team to attract and retain high quality talent, contributing to the ongoing success of our company.

 

Summary of the Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage requisitions including assessing job specification criteria, identifying screening questions, and determining candidate interview approaches
  • Recruit qualified candidates by identifying and engaging in sourcing activities such as market research, identifying different candidate sources, and recruiting calls
  • Manage the candidate interview process from beginning to end, full-cycle recruitment
  • Ensure all information is up to date and accurate in the applicant tracking system
  • Support various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives including DE&I, candidate care, strategic sourcing, early career and university relations hiring program

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field or similar years of experience
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or other functional area of Human Resources
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment within the manufacturing industry is a plus

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; evidence of self-motivation; demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and work both independently and in teams within a collaborative, fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work assignments while managing multiple priorities and drive execution in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Must be outgoing and tenacious with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a change agent with the ability to influence others and have a passion for continuous improvement
  • Some travel may be required in support of recruiting events
