Achilles Kintiroglou

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

As senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of AdvanSix, Achilles leads the company’s legal, compliance, health, safety and environmental, cybersecurity, sustainability, and government relations teams.

He joined AdvanSix in 2016 as deputy general counsel and was instrumental to the development of the corporate governance framework supporting AdvanSix becoming an independent, NYSE-listed public company.

Achilles joined AdvanSix from Day Pitney LLP, where he was a corporate and securities partner. He has held corporate and finance associate roles at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Pitney Hardin LLP after earning a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
