Inclusion Academy
In 2021, AdvanSix joined the first cohort of Dr. Steven L. Robbins’ Inclusion Academy, a program focused on mindfulness, inclusion and unconscious bias education. Since then, we’ve continued our partnership with Dr. Robbins to actively engage our leaders, welcoming our third cohort in 2024 to a meaningful journey of awareness, authenticity and accountability as part of the Inclusive Leader program.
