Kelly Slieter

Kelly joined AdvanSix as senior vice president and chief human resources officer in 2020. Kelly’s motto is – Be Curious About People! With that value in mind, Kelly drives a people-focused culture at AdvanSix that recognizes that our people are our greatest asset and the foundation of our success.

She leads a high-performing human resources and communications team that values and prioritizes our employee experience from recruitment throughout the employee’s career at AdvanSix, enabling an empowered, high-performing culture through talent management; leadership development; compensation and benefits; equity, diversity and inclusion; and communications.

Prior to joining AdvanSix, Kelly served as vice president, human resources within the Performance Materials & Technologies business of Honeywell. Throughout her career in human resources, Kelly has held roles at several of the world’s leading corporations, including Honeywell, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and Tyco International. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology as well as a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.
