Jeffrey J. Bird

Jeffrey J. Bird joined the AdvanSix board of directors in January 2026 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Health, Safety and Environmental Committee of the Board.

Jeff most recently served as Interim President and Chief Operating Officer of Envent Corporation through April 2026, where he has also served on the company’s Board of Advisors since January 2025. He also serves as a director of Heath Consultants, a private company specializing in methane detection. Prior to joining Envent Corporation, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Dril Quip, after progressing through key leadership roles from Chief Financial Officer to President and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier in his career, Jeff served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frank’s International and as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ascend Performance Materials and he also held finance leadership roles at Danaher Corporation. Jeff holds a B.A. in Accounting from Cedarville University.
