1200 Matte Capran® 1200 Matte is a 0.55 mil (14 micron) biaxially oriented nylon 6 film produced by Simultaneous Tenter Frame Orientation technology, with a matte appearance on one side. The matte surface imparts excellent contact clarity while maintaining superior scuff resistance. This combination of properties makes Capran® 1200 Matte well-suited for use in thermal lamination films designed for book cover applications. This film is not FDA approved and thus not suitable for food or pet applications. (69 KB)

Capran® 200B and 200A Capran® 200B is a blown film produced from low lactam nylon 6 resin and is supplied in sheet, J-fold or double-fold winds. Capran® 200A is a cast film that is also produced from low-lactam nylon 6 resin and is supplied in sheet only. They are recommended as variable moisture vapor retarder/enhancer components, useful in building and construction applications. Capran® 200B and 200A films have excellent tear, slip and anti-block/anti-stat characteristics. (70 KB)

2545 OxyShield® 2545 is a 1.0 mil (25 micron) biaxially oriented nylon 6 film coated on one side with PVdC. The coating is applied without the need for a primer layer, offering superior coating adhesion and laminating adhesion to other films. Medium oxygen and moisture vapor barrier, and superior clarity, make it well-suited for packaging applications requiring excellent mechanical strength and long shelf life. (69 KB)
