Position Summary: The Maintenance Execution Leader works with state-of-the-art equipment and leads a robust team to impact maintenance change and development within operations areas to ensure constant production capability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide Leadership as part of Maintenance with focus on leading, coaching, and developing maintenance First Line Supervisors (FLS) and Maintenance Planners
· Lead Maintenance Excellence deployment across the department
· Develop and implement strategy to ensure effective compliance and skills training in place
· Drive a world class safety culture
· Conduct safety meetings and reinforce safety practices on a daily basis
· Ensure engaged hourly team utilizing HOS tools
· Implement recommendations from Root Cause Failure Analysis
· Accountable for maintaining and developing Maintenance procedures
· Allocate Maintenance hourly workforce for execution of maintenance projects
· Coordinate maintenance activities on capital projects
· Interface with the Planning Leader and peer execution leaders to meet maintenance objectives
· Accountable for the development and implementation of training for salary/hourly workforce
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls
· Maintain total awareness to all plant policies, regulations, and procedures and ensure proper adherence to them with respect to all operations
· Reinforce quality in maintenance processes and ensure that all employees follow established guidelines
· Plan, supervise, direct, and engage in daily production operations and anticipate problems such that loss of work hours is minimized, and production and quality objectives are achieved
· Plan, execute, and allocate resources for all priority work
· Other work as required
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field preferred
· 10+ years of experience in plant maintenance processes and reliability technology tools such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), etc.
Additional Qualifications:
· Demonstrated ability to generate and implement work process improvements
· Knowledge of repair techniques for a broad application of equipment
· Strong skills in SAP-PM, Microsoft Office, and Production Loss Accounting Tools
· Strong organizational skills
· Operations experience is a plus
· Project management experience preferred
· Proficient in Six Sigma tools and Lean Concepts for business process improvement
· Must be highly motivated, self-directed individual with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
The expected base pay for this position is $118,800 – $178,200
