Dr. Gena Lovett

Board of Directors

Dr. Lovett joined the AdvanSix board of directors in September 2021, and serves as chair of the Health, Safety, and Environmental Committee and as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She brings extensive experience with senior leadership, business strategy and public company governance, as well as management oversight, including operations and health, safety and environment. Dr. Lovett previously served as vice president of operations, defense, space and security for The Boeing Company. Prior to joining Boeing, her experience included roles as chief diversity officer of Alcoa Corporation and director of manufacturing at Forgings, as well as numerous roles with Ford Motor Company. Dr. Lovett received a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University, a Master of Business Administration from the Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University and a Ph.D. in Values Driven Leadership from Benedictine University. Dr. Lovett also serves on the Boards of Directors of Trex Company, Inc. (NYSE: TREX) and QuantumScape Corporation (NYSE: QS).
