Paul Sanders

Paul Sanders is vice president and general manager of Nylon Solutions for AdvanSix. Together with his dynamic team, Paul serves customers through strategic partnerships across four major industries: fiber and filaments, engineered plastics, wire & cable and packaging.  

Paul offers deep expertise within the chemical industry, holding leadership roles of increasing responsibility over his 30+-year career including roles in business management, asset management, site directorship, sales and marketing.  He most recently served as AdvanSix’s Chemical Intermediates Business Director, where he demonstrated leadership in complex portfolio management by navigating dynamic market environments to drive through cycle profitability.     

Prior to joining AdvanSix in 2016, he served as the chemical intermediates business director in Honeywell’s Resins & Chemicals division and previously held the role of managing director for Honeywell Fluorine Products Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Before joining Honeywell, he held a wide range of roles with increasing responsibility in Rhodia and Albright & Wilson. Paul earned a special honor’s bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Sheffield University, UK.
