Field Note

Through my volunteer experience working alongside other growers and researchers at the Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council and the Specialty Soya & Grains Alliance, I have been exposed to various leading edge soybean research. This has encouraged me to develop annual field trials so we can develop our own insights as we continue to challenge the status quo on our operation. Not only does it allow us to improve production and quality, but it also helps us remain open minded and engaged with the industry innovators. Right now, my sons are working with our two crop advisors to finalize our nutrient plans for our Supplement Your Soybeans program. I look forward to sharing our plans and results this season and know we will learn from the other growers in the program, too.
